Cayuga Ingredients
There proprietary yeast converts 100% of whey permeate into ethanol. Set in the heart of Cayuga county, on the eastern edge of the Finger Lakes, our 1 million gallon-per-year capacity plant receives whey permeate a short distance away from some of the most well known dairy producers in the world. Here, the permeate arrives in liquid form and is converted into pure, clean, ethanol.

The New Age team consist of lead industry process engineer, project and plant managers and entrepreneurs.
There expertise is in whey/ milk derivatives processing, waste water processing, distillation (industrial and craft) and alternative yeast application in fermentation.
