Current Projects

Modern Energy is actively developing a next-generation renewable infrastructure platform focused on behind-the-meter renewable power generation, sustainable industrial development, water recovery, and waste-to-energy solutions. Using proprietary rapid-fermentation and vapor conversion technology, the company transforms liquid and sugar-based food manufacturing byproducts into renewable energy, clean water, and nutrient-rich animal feed while reducing environmental impact and operational waste streams.


The company’s closed-loop energy platform is designed to support AI data centers, industrial operations, advanced manufacturing facilities, and off-grid industrial energy solutions through reliable renewable power generation. By combining low-cost renewable energy production with large-scale sustainable water recovery systems, Modern Energy is creating a scalable infrastructure model capable of supporting long-term industrial growth across America and internationally.


To support expansion efforts, Modern Energy is actively searching for and evaluating new development and acquisition sites throughout the United States and global markets. The company is targeting strategic locations near major food manufacturing operations, industrial corridors, transportation infrastructure, and regions with growing demand for renewable power and sustainable industrial solutions. These future facilities are intended to provide renewable energy generation, waste stream renewable fuels, waste-to-energy ethanol production, and sustainable water recovery solutions for industrial partners and next-generation data center developments.


Modern Energy’s proprietary technology allows food manufacturers to become long-term infrastructure and energy partners while significantly lowering wastewater burdens, improving environmental performance, and creating additional revenue opportunities through carbon credits, renewable fuel incentives, and tax credit monetization structures. The company’s fermentation process is engineered for rapid sugar conversion with exceptionally low carbon intensity scores across global energy markets while utilizing no GMOs or enzymes.

Modern Energy Group is expanding its renewable energy platform into next-generation AI infrastructure by integrating ethanol-based energy production with high-performance compute environments.

This initiative is designed to support the development of scalable, energy-secure AI data center campuses powered by dispatchable, behind-the-meter renewable energy systems. By leveraging our proprietary ethanol operations and integrated energy infrastructure capabilities, we aim to enable faster deployment timelines, improved energy resilience, and reduced dependence on traditional grid constraints.

We are actively engaging with AI data center operators, hyperscale infrastructure providers, and compute partners to develop long-term strategic collaborations across multiple sites.

Modern Energy Group is currently evaluating additional land acquisitions to support multi-phase expansion of this platform.

A formal partnership announcement and initial site development updates are expected in the near term.

Through these partnerships, the company intends to utilize industrial and organic waste byproducts as feedstock for the production of alcohol-grade ethanol. This initiative reflects Modern Energy’s commitment to sustainable and innovative energy solutions, circular economy practices, and the development of long-term strategic partnerships within the region.
