Engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute).

infrastructure initiatives for companies such as Pepsi, Danone, Johanna Foods, Colgate-Palmolive, L’Oréal USA, WhiteWave Foods, Agrimark Cheese, and

Tribe Mediterranean Foods. Richard has successfully managed large-scale greenfield developments and capacity expansions, including Pepsi’s $15 million

Frappuccino plant expansion and Danone’s $40 million facility project. Known for streamlining operations and implementing best practices, he consistently

delivers efficient, high-performance processing solutions.

sales, strategic planning, and business development .

He began his career at Celanese in engineering and production leadership roles, overseeing capital projects up to $5 million and manag

sales, strategic planning, and business development .

He began his career at Celanese in engineering and production leadership roles, overseeing capital projects up to $5 million and managing multi-unit operations

teams . He later advanced into international sales and global strategic planning, managing a $20 million annual capital budget across North America and Europe

and delivering more than $5 million in annual cost reductions while increasing revenue by $27 million per year .

In the ethanol sector, Raul has served as General Manager and Plant Manager for 50 MMgy facilities, leading safety, operations, engineering, environmental

compliance, and process optimisation initiatives. His Six Sigma leadership delivered multi-million dollar annual cost savings, and his technical projects increased

production capacity by 15 percent in prior roles .

Executive Summary

Since 2012, he has consulted for more than 20 ethanol plants across the U.S. and Canada, specializing in technical optimization, CI score improvement, capital

efficiency, and economic analysis. He also owns Source Resource Inc., providing chemical and mechanical engineering services to ethanol producers .
